My little sweet pea is just recovering from a three day fever. Its her second fever in 3 weeks! Poor baby! At first we thought she was just doing her normal teething but the fever spiked up to 103.7. I kept her home from daycare for a few days to be sure I kept a close eye on her, being that the last time she had a fever at daycare she ended up in the ER! This is starting to worry me a little bit that the fevers are so high and becoming more frequent. She had no other symptoms. I know being in daycare she is exposed to germs and other sicklings but I didnt know it would be this bad! Dont get me wrong, daycare has a lot of positive things as well, Hailey is very social and doesn’t just cling to “mommy”. I am anxious to see when Abby is born in August and Hailey is at home, if she will still have these fevers.

The entire fam is just getting over a cold. Yep, all of us got miserably sick including baby Hailey. Foruntately I think she also got over it faster than mom and dad though and we’re all starting to feel a lot better.
Baby Hailey is getting up and walking all over the place now. She went from just taking a few short steps and falling down to full on walking, turning corners…the whole bit. And she’s doing it often and right in front of us, she was shy before and would only trying walking when she thought we couldn’t see her. Now she’s a regular pro.
On the flip side, baby Hailey is also starting a phase we all know as the terrible two’s. She’s getting really whiney lately over nothing it seems. Though, she does still have a few new teeth coming in, so I’m sure that doesn’t feel to good. But she is getting really fussy about certain things, like going to bed for instance, she cries louder and longer than she used to. And riding in the car just yesterday on the way to and from church she really let us have it. Hope that’s a quick phase!

Jan is when I find out I was pregnant.My first doctor appointment was Feb 13…at my first appointment I find out I was 14 weeks and got to see the baby for the first time…I also got to listen to the heart beat.Then I went back at the end of the month…the check me from head to toe then took blood.I went back again March 27 and got to listen to the heart beat again…they took more blood.I go back this month on the 24 to find out the sex of the baby…I can’t wait…I have 2 more weeks to go
